Blue Card
All O'Leary McCrystal Enterprises staff and subcontractors have or are in the process of receiving their Queensland Government (Commission for Children and young people and Child Guardian) Blue Card certification. It is mandatory for Eventphotography staff to have a Blue Card.

Intellectual Property
Once payment has been received O'Leary McCrystal Enterprises assigns absolutely the copyright subsisting in the Photographs.
